Federal law supersedes state law. Marijuana is illegal under federal law, even if your state legalizes it. So please disregard those telling you that you are not a criminal. In addition, if you cannot even put it down long enough to pass a drug test, then you are making it appear as though you have a dependency. It's not funny at all, it's actually quite sad that you've put yourself in this position.
