I am Loews Gold. I have a reservation at RPR during Presidents' Week for a King Suite for four nights at the rate of $299 per night. There are no discounts available for the room, so I am paying rack rate for it. Do you think there is any chance we will be upgraded and if we are, what would the upgrade be?
Obviously, it's a very busy week at the hotel. That may make an upgrade harder to get.
