Do you normally awake before or after sunrise?

It's still dark when I wake up. I can see hints of daylight, but it's still pretty dark.

This time of year, an hour after. In the summer, about 3 hours after.
When I was working, this time a year 6 hours before, in the summer 4 hours before.

It depends on the time of year. I get up at 6 AM pretty consistently, so sometimes that's a good bit before or a little after.

Hours to hours and hours after depending on the time of year.

I get up at 8am during the week and generally between 9-11am on the weekends.

Before. But my normal work schedule has me up around 430 am, and after a few years of that you find it hard to sleep in much. Except at Disney World. My body has noooo problem sleeping in (past 7) after a day in the parks!

I'm usually first awake before sun-up, but by the time I get dressed and get my bike out to ride, the sun's starting to come up.

Same. During deep winter here, sunrise can be as late 9:00 am and in June and July, it's full daylight at 5:00 am.

Before. My alarm is set for 535. Most the time I’m up before that (anywhere from 345 on), but sometimes I do make it until my alarm. Even on my days off I’m usually up early. Every once in a while I make it until 630/7. Even last night I was up until 1130 (usually asleep by 10). Still up at 530.

Unfortunately, I’m a terrible sleeper and I’m up hours before the sun.

I am up at 3:45 Am weekdays - so well before the sun and 5:30 Am on the Weekends so I am apparently always up before the sun.
