If you are staying at BCV, you are allowed to use any pool on the Yacht Club/Beach Club property. "Pool hopping" would refer to using a pool at a different resort, such as BoardWalk.

Yes, I edited my post to add a quote from the DVC Member Services page which says that pool hopping for DVC members is not allowed. (I accidentally posted before I added that info.)

I need a room with either a step-in (not roll-in) shower stall or a tub with hand rails. I currently have a water-view room at the Yacht Club.

Do the rooms at YC have shower stalls or are they still tubs?

I've chatted and called Disney and they just look things up and give their best guess, so I figured I am better off getting answers here on the DIS from those who know.
