I've stated before that you see vloggers do it an I certainly remember some of them explicitly stating that you are allowed to take guests in which is why I asked to begin with. All I want to know, and probably others now too, is if that's allowed so we can try the lounge out for the first time and see if we like it. So far no one has been able to answer that with something published or stated by Disney and it's all been opinion or personal feelings towards the issue.
Again, I'm not trying to cheat the system as some are saying but you have to ask yourself this, if guests are getting in there how are they doing that and why is Disney allowing it? If it were "cheating" and not allowed at all then something's not being done right, or it is allowed and no one ever bothered to check. I read somewhere during my searches that you are allowed to take the number of people to the lounge that your room can sleep. Seems to make a lot of sense given the price is the same for that CL room whether there are 1, 2, 3, or 4 people staying in it.
I would never break the rules as long as I know what they are, for example I would never fake a handicap by using a
scooter to get priority access to things but we all know people do that everywhere in Disney, at airports, etc. Disney can't tell you to get up out of the scooter and walk but they can check to see if you are all CL guests upon entry and there has to be a good reason why they let guests in.
