Searched disneyland site and couldn't find anything about what you can and can not bring into the park.

If anyone has this info or a site I can go to that would be great

No hard sided coolers, outside food or drink (baby food/formula and soft sided coolers for those, and water are ok), weapons of any kind (take the Swiss army knife off the key ring and leave it at home), clothing with vulgar displays or obsene language (it is a family place after all). Basically, just use common sense when figuring out what to take into the parks. They do search your bags before you enter the ticket plaza. If you bring a hard-sided cooler and food/drink they'll direct you to a locker area to store it in and a nearby picnic area where you can eat the food.

The previous reply is a little misleading. We took snacks: granola bars, jerky, cookies, crackers and water bottles in fannie packs and were never told there was a problem.

thank you

we are taking our almost 3 year old and wanted to pack water , snacks and a cup or 2 of his juice in a soft sided cooler.

Sounds like we will be ok. thanks for the help

The more food you bring in, and the bigger the container you bring it in the bigger the problem you will have. They haven't complained too much about drinks and snacks in the past few years, they've actually gotten a lot more leaner about it. Few years ago they complained if you brought in anytype of drink other than a bottle of water. They're not quite as bad now. Mainly they want people who bring their own meals in to eat at the picnic areas rather than taking up all the seating that is provided for those eating at the restuarants. There's nothing worse than standing in line to buy your food and after finally getting it have to carry your tray, push a stroller and walk up and down the whole restaurant looking at people pulling out their food they brought from home, and taking up 3 tables.
