Disney springs (airline check in)

is it only virgin at the check in? We are flying with United but it's a Lufthansa aircraft,night flight 8.20pm need somewhere to leave luggage if it's only virgin.

Its only VA flights.

If you are at a Disney resort bell services will hold your luggage until you leave for the airport.

Can you use this for all VA flights or just flights included in Virgin Holidays?

All but you have to pay if you booked VA not Virgin Holidays. Can't recall how much I tend to give it a miss I find it a faff.

last year it was $10 each if you had just booked a flight, we use it if we have hired a car as it means you can get to the airport a bit later as you already checked your bags in and got your boarding pass.

Hi - do you know if you are just flying (not on virgin holidays) how to use the service? Do we just turn up and pay at the desk or do I have to do some form of booking prior to turning up?

You just turn up and pay. $10 per person unless UC or FC Gold.

If you do online check in I personally wouldn't bother wasting time with DS check in if staying onsite, leave your luggage with bell services and enjoy your day.

We've done it 3 times now, it is a good way of getting rid of the luggage.

Bell Services can look after it, but the times we've done that it was more of a faff waiting for the luggage at POR and loading the car infront of the drop off area.

Drop off at DS at 8am, MK for the day and leave there about 4-5pm has been a perfect last day

We always use it now as one year we decided not to and the queue at the airport was so bad with so many flights checking in at the same time they had to start pulling people from the back of the queue for certain flights or they would not make the plane. We queued for over an hour and by the time we got through security we only just made the flight. We used the magical express but always drop our bags off at the disney springs check in now.

We fly in peak times and have never seen a line of more than a couple of people at bag drop. However we also always choose the later flight back to LGW.
