And I have been saving my gems for a while for a shot at the ghosts, but I don't recall when they usually release the spooky chests. Hopefully they are coming, and dare I hope for them to have better chances for the HM characters since they have been out so long.

Well, I contacted customer care to see if I could get them to gift me the extra happiness I failed to see when I purchased the Kingdom Pass. They are "unable" to help me. They really need to think about what kind of taste they leave in their customer's mouths. It would have cost them nothing.

It also took them 20 hours to respond in the chat window.

Already finished the Milestones for Chapter 1 of the TT. I'm going to keep going to get the Maleficent coins and all the event happiness tasks. Figure I might as well since I have all the characters needed for this chapter.

It always made sense to avoid them when the tokens dropped in chests. Now that they don't (and the drop rates for some of these characters have gotten awful) they've basically forced us to use elixir for tokens. It's honestly not that bad for a couple of tokens when you consider how many ingots they drop these days. But once these characters get up to the higher levels it's going to be incredibly annoying.

I also don't buy tokens with elixer, but mainly because I have so little elixer.... And newer players don't have the benefit (ha ha) of hundreds of benches, or other decorations or even concessions to sell. (I keep thinking back to when you got a decoration EACH time you opened a chest. It was truly a different world than the game is now.) Now, it is difficult to get enough benches, flowers and statues to get to thrill level 1 in one zone, let alone more than that.

The LCs have been interesting for me lately. I had saved a lot of gems plus a few free ones, so I've opened a number lately. I've gotten Queen Elinor (now epic, in a rebalance), Stromboli (epic), Jack's house (common), and epic concession and a trophy (legendary). Not bad, over all. And Stromboli will actually be helpful in chapter 2 (although he is only at level 2, after getting him yesterday). At least I have 4 other Pinocchio characters and two attractions to help work on getting him upgraded.

Will have to see what the level 25 LC brings for me tomorrow. Odds are not great.

Oh, and got Penny in the Sapphire chest that I opened yesterday (and I can upgrade her, which is always good). As things go, a decent DMK week. Here's to hoping it continues for the rest of the TC - two more LCs in the mix and hopefully two more common old characters in sapphire chests.

That really stinks, and from Reddit, it appears that you are not alone. Another stupid decision from Gameloft though. They could have built up some goodwill rather than angering even more people, including those who are just reading along. Not sure how far you want to take it, but some are politely letting Gameloft know in their chat response that they are going to do a chargeback to their credit card for not getting the items promised. Not sure what the end result of that will be though. The good news is that you are likely to still finish the Season Pass, so other than getting it done more quickly, there isn't a huge difference in how it will end up.

Last hour or so in the Tower Challenge Chapter 1. Sitting at #1 on my leaderboard...not sure it'll hold (#2 is 3,565 points behind me right now). Got 28k coins for happiness chests, but I'm not cashing any of them in until the very end. I've got all characters in Chapter 2 and the explorations at 10, so this on shouldn't be a problem.

Chapter 3 explorations have both Burn-E and Emilie (the only two I don't have at 10), so I'm going to focus on them. Burn-E, Emilie and Anton are all in the Chapter 3 challenge...

I noticed that with Chapter 2, the Blue Fairy, while being the featured character for the challenge, she also has an 8-hour exploration. So I think I will save her to the last exploration.

There are a number of characters in chapter 2 who also have explorations, but having the featured character with one (and a long one too) - not a nice move on their part. (There was some of the other characters for Chapter 1, but it was manageable. Will be less so now.)

Seems that they are really trying to get us to use all of our stashed skips.

But I'm also planning to have it be my last exploration, after I get to the LC. (I don't often have a main character in a TC chapter and this is the first time that I have one at 10 - so I'm really hoping to rack in the EC in this chapter until I run out of cocoa.)

Did anyone else get credit on the Event Happiness tasks for all the exploration tiles being complete. Towards the end of Chapter 1, I had 25 complete (which was more than I expected) but at the start of Chapter 2, I have credit for over 40 now.

I think I did. Got the happiness for 20/20...have 24 now. That aligns with what I have done as of right now.
