Currently would need to spend 460 gems to get baddie. I have 11 suitcases, 7 hats. One more round of collections to go. In my recollection, I have never had to pay gems to get the final character. If I did, it may have been for 1-2 token drops when I didn’t have time to wait until the 11th hour.
I opened a chat with customer care. Clicked on their frequently submitted issue: “Valuable tokens don't drop for me”
Their stock answer when you click that item…
“We understand that this specific part of the game might bring some disappointments from time to time. These valuable tokens are very rare and thus they drop less frequently. You will have to be persistent with tasks to get the items that you need to summon a desired character. We hope this information was helpful. Have a great day!”
So I continued the chat….here’s my abbreviated version of my note…
“ *Contrary to your advice, persistent gameplay is not the solution for valuable token drops. I play persistently, as I have for more than 8 years now.
*Purchasing the kingdom pass is not the solution for valuable token drops.
I have purchased it since that gameplay addition was added. Purchasing the kingdom pass yields 360 gems, not even enough for a premium character. Not that it matters, since premium characters are not actually helpful in events any longer since the premium character must be leveled up to impossible levels to “help” with valuable tokens.
*Since playing persistently & spending money do not help, it seems you are driving loyal players to no longer do those things. Make the gameplay less fun, place impossible obstacles on players, provide no incentive for playing more or paying more seems to be the current gameplay model.

I wanted to make them aware they are driving long time, loyal, paying customers away with this miserable event model. Not that they will take heed.
