Hi Dawn!

We're from Juneau :) down in SE Alaska. We're going to be in Disneyland March 23-March 31. Spring break for our school. ;)

We'd probably go more often if it didnt cost so much to fly :( It costs about $3000 just to get to Seattle.
I got lucky and got decent tickets plus my son is going on a $50 companion fair w/my husband. We paid just over $1000 for the 3 of us all the way to LA. (PFD tickets for 2 of us and Joey is going on the companion fair)

hi there rachel. we are going to be there march 11-20. spending about three days in disneyland and about 4 days in san diego. we also got decent airfare on delta with some vouchers we had from being bumped on a previous flight. i just looked at the weather forecast for the next 10 days and it doesn't look that warm. high in the low 60's. i was hoping to see at least the 70's. oh well, we'll still have a great time as i'm sure you will also. have you been there before? -dawn

Im hoping the temps will jump a bit the end of March :)
We dont have Delta here anymore. The only airlines that will take us to Seattle is Alaska Airlines. :(
They bumped Delta out a few years ago by lowering prices and then jacked them back up.
We're only going to be in Disneyland... I have enough planned tho. My son has never been there... and my dh was like 10 last time he was there :D

well, have a good time! Hope you have smooth flights and all that good stuff. and lets both hope the weather impoves a bit. have you had the fabulous winter that we have had here? it was above freezing here both yesterday and today. Dawn

We've been having weird weather.
It was in the upper 40's, low 50's until mid January, and then we dove down into the 20's and got snow the forcasters said we'd never get.
Today it is raining and extremely foggy. Yesterday and Monday we had high winds (up at our ski area they had over 170mph winds recorded), up to 80mph gusts and rain.
Any change will be good :) for me, especially if it is a warm change. Hopefully no wind *chuckle* or fog!!
You guys have had some extremely warm weather this year havent you?? The year I lived up there it dipped down to -70 with the wind.

hi there rachel! we have had an abnormally nice winter. it seems a shame to be leaving town when it is so beatiful outside. i think i have plugged in my car a total of 5 times all winter. it has been sunny, clear and above zero. possibly mother nature is making up for our crummy summer we had.
10 days and counting til we leave. :-) take care, Dawn

We're 24 days and counting!! Joey is getting more excited as the days pass...
Too many times we've said we're going and something came up and we couldnt. :( Really bummed me out.
Of course having that earthquake in Seattle didnt help!! :) Maybe they will bypass Seattle for me and land in LA early!! (Don't I wish!!).
I have a 4 hour layover in Seattle Im trying to get changed. :( We have no reason to be there for 4 hours and when we land in LA it will be rush hour.

You will have to let me know how it went and what you did :) while you were there. If there is anything super cool we need to check out or stay away from :D
