So, we booked BWV 11 months out for our October 9th thru 15th vacation.
Received email last night that our reservation had accidently been cancelled
You know what that means...
Our $1500 lagoon room... Columbus Day Week... Also Food and Wine is gone.
Found out minutes ago, another disboard member had the EXACT same thing happen to them 24 hours ago.
I spent quite some time on the phone w/ the supervisor. Zilch for help. We were offered our refund, but we are completley out of that awesome room/ location with no care for the customer.
We don't feel like we have a leg to stand on, but at this point, I will not just roll over. Something fishy is going on and I plan on spreading the word.
If this happened to us (we are repeat customers of David's)... it could happne to ANY of YOU, months, weeks or days before your vacation and NOTHING will be done. To throw salt in the wounds, we find out it's happening to other people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
