How much are the bike taxis from the ship to the mall?

We were there in April, the work on tips only. Not sure what the recommended tip is as we did not use them.

We rode them last year. We got a bike that had the oldest driver. Couldn’t believe he was still having to work. Took him so long to get us off the pier. We gave him $20, hoping it would make his day shorter.
