There is normally one on Hwy 50 (West Colonial) near the West Oaks Mall. It's called Spirit Halloween. It's been there a few years, but the area is changing. It's a good half hour drive from Disney property. My next suggestion would be Party City. There is one in Winter Garden Village. It is on CR535. It's about a 20 minute drive.
