This was the email I received the day before I sent my documents. They have since confirmed receipt of my wire transfer and or the documents of mine but crickets on closing.

I used the overnight fedex label they provided. I sent out and emailed them monday morning on 6/10th and got an email from them on 6/11th that they had received my documents. June 12th I received an email from them that my contract was officially closed and was sent to the county for recording

I sent it over night on the 20th (with their label) got the email it was received on the 21st and then since then nothing I even asked on Friday when closing would be and was told early this week. I emailed them again today to ask for an update.

I looked on the county deeds yesterday and the only deed with my last name was my aunt and uncles old key west contract from 2008 lol
