I'm LOVING the new trend of points being loaded on their own within a day of the contract appearing! Maybe we bothered them enough with requests to load points that they have adjusted their process?
 
When the time comes, what website do I check to see if my deed is recorded for a BRV contract? My only experience so far was with a west coast contract (and I don't even remember where I checked for that either.)

I just checked out the Orange County registry. I found the mortgage but no deed. I closed in December of 2013. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!
