It does feel good being back, even though I haven't had a lot of time yet. I'm on track and feeling good about it! I've been trying to get my hands on wii fit, but no luck yet. The stores sell out in hours after getting restocked. Do any of you have it? I used it at our neighbour's house last weekend and really enjoyed it. It would be great to own, so I could switch things up a bit.
Dh is addicted to P90X. Anyone have this exercise program? I don't do it myself, but I do run on the treadmill while he does the program. Talk about intense!!!! It's nice having an exercise partner, even if we are doing different things.
Bubba - I have often thought about doing the half in Disney. The problem is that we only get a few weeks of holiday time a year, and dh absolutely doesn't want to do a marathon during his precious vacation time. I'll work on him though. How did you do??? Congratulations!
Well, I'm having company tomorrow and the next day. I'm making healthy salads and entrees with an unhealthy cheesecake for dessert...
Is that terrible?? haha The good thing, is that I'm making one cheesecake for both dinners, and any leftovers will be sent home with my guests. I'll just make sure I have little slivers. I probably shouldn't have any......but.....this is probably my favourite cheesecake ever - chocolate caramel.
I've been exercising 45min. a day and eating very well 9 days in a row now. Even with all this company, I'm planning to stay on track. I can do this!! I haven't weighed myself yet, but I haven't really noticed any improvement in my clothes either. I'm still motivated though.
