I'll add to that hard truth with how antiquated some of their processes can be. My husband was especially frustrated that even in the rain we had to carry paper receipt slips en masse. On a single morning we had to have a slip of paper for our '15 happy entry' pass, another proving we were staying at Fantasy Springs Hotel, a third for our park pass (which at least was smaller card stock), another small card stock paper pass for our ride priority pass, AND have a wristband for the Fantasy Springs rides. It was... a lot.The only big issue I had booking is that the website is slow and clunky, which seems to be a common issue across Japan even if you can read Japanese. Hotels selling out on opening day isn't great either, but that same issue happens with big Disney cruises or DVC rooms. It's the curse of putting out a good product for a price people are willing to pay.
...Plus another for the all-you-can-drink portion of our package.
And then more for every included giveaway (the popcorn holder, the two original items).... and dated ones for our breakfasts in the morning. But at least those were one and done!
