Carrying soft drinks onboard

Can you put them in a rolled bag that’s not checked or do they have to be hand carried? Same for the allowed wine that can be brought onboard?

Doesn't matter as long as it’s inside luggage you bring/pull/carry on the ship yourself.

The bag also has to fit through the security scanner, which is similar to the scanners used by the TSA at airports.

You can have soft drinks and wine both in a roller bag.
When they say hand carry they mean not in checked luggage

Yes, we brought a roller bag of 12 bottles of wine in 2019 (for 7 adults) that we 'hand carried' on board.

You may want to bring your own cork screw ( in checked luggage)
The one that room service brings is the little plastic ones that require some strength to open the wine.
