Hi everyone.....
Does anyone know how I can get some of their recipe's at Carrabbas?? They have got to have the most DELICIOUS Chicken Marsala, garlic mashed potatoes and that sausage lentil soup is to die for!! This has got to be my favorite restaurant of all times. Also, how in the world do they get their chicken to be soooooo tender. I mean seriously, it melts in your mouth! Yummo!!!

I know there are recipes out on the web. The Chicken Marsala *is* delicious. I just find that I'm never truly able to replicate these dishes at home. Just are never as good.

My guess is that they probably buy brined chicken. Regular chicken from the grocery store is tough, I think. They are doing something to the chicken. A few times I've bough Empire chicken (kosher and brined) and it is very tender like that.

I always want to get the chicken marsala when I am there but I am afraid I won't like it as much as the marsala at Macaroni Grill. Now that I know it is great I will have to get it!!
