I would look in thrift stores for the containers. They are usually loaded with glass bowls. Its easy to add height with books and hide it with some cloth. I am going to do one for my DDs birthday party and I found some great containers there.

. Funny thing is my SIL just told me for my Nieces 8th grade graduation this June she is doijng this also because everyone loved it so much at DD's graduation party!!! Then I got to thinking DD is going to be 16 this September she's now a sophmore in High School and since she's turning 16! I wanted to have a nice party for her Big but not real big! So guess what?? I decided there's nothing sweeter than a Sweet 16 party with a Candy Buffet!
So now for the planning! The Big Event is taking place 9/11/10 she will be 16 on 9/12/10 but normally it's easier for ppl to get to our parties on saturdays so i figure she could also have a few friends stay over that night to bring in her real 16th bday!
