I sent a letter to ABD about 2 weeks ago regarding the cancelation of my trip and just the way things were handled and this was also the second trip they canceled on me. I was honestly not expecting a phone call but rather a canned response letter and I was surprised at the phone call and the outcome. They really went above and beyond and I was truly amazed. They actually made me a believer in them again as I don't think other companies would have done what they did, I truly don't. While I was dismayed and upset I now have a brighter outlook as well as I read a trip report about the trip I am taking and I am starting to look forward to it. ABD has restored my faith in them.
