book on line with loews or be a star?

Just wondering if it is better to book on line with loews or just call be a star??? on line there is a box any preferences.... do they take requests when you call be a star.... thanks..amy

Hi Amy,

I usually check the online rates and then call. If the rates are the same (sometimes you can do better by calling) I book online and enter my preferences in that box. You can also make requests when calling.
