"Body By Science" Book... anyone read it?

I'm only on chapter two, but find the scientific studies to be amazing! The book is pretty much about comparing high intensity workouts to longer, slow paced ones. The results are amazing! In essence, they say you can have the same impact on your muscles for working out 12 minutes a week than that of which working out 6 hours a week.

I'll let you guys know how it is when I finish it! (Warning, I'm a slow reader)
