We have over 1300 points available at Boardwalk Villas with a December Use Year.
We originally put our points up on the Board a week ago but have been inudated with questions and low offers.
As we are based in the UK any transactions we undertake are slightly inconvenienced by the Postal delay. Therefore we are willing to make the following deals on our points. Obviously our preference is to do a small number of transactions for large points.
Therefore the deal is as follows for rental or transfer of points :-
Less than 100 points $10 per point
100 - 250 Points $9.50 per point
250 - 500 Points $9.00 per point
500 + Points $8.50 per point
Our terms are as follows :
Transfer of points to DVC member - payment due immediately.
Rental of Points.
I will confirm availability with Member Services.
If the reservation is available subject to your agreement I will book in your name. At this time I will confirm the Disney booking reference to yourselves and request payment of 20% deposit via Paypal.
Upon reciept of written confirmation from Disney (this takes a few days due to post delay from USA) I will fax and post confirmation to you. together with a request for a further 20% via Paypal.
The balance of 60% will be requested 75 Days prior to arrival via Paypal.
Please can you either send me a PM or email detailing your rental (please state dates , resort and accomodation required) or Transfer requirements
I will confirm details and get back to everyone by Tomorrow.
