Boardwalk Birthday cake pictures

We will be celebrating my daughter's b-day while we are in WDW. I have read on these boards that you can order a cake from the Boardwalk bakery. I would like to know if there is a link to pictures of the cakes available and also if there is a number to order? Also, can they be delivered to the Poly? Thanks
