Oh NO! Don't give up hope yet!! I was told they were waiting to see how the parties went in January/Early Feb before they made the decision to add more dates!! Think happy thoughts!!

Looks so cute!! I totally wish I had a daughter! My son would so not go for this. It would be really cool if they did a boutique for adults. I know my ssi would LOVE something like that! Looks like fun though! Thanks for sharing!

I am not sure if this has been answered so I am going to ask since I am new to the thread. Is it cheaper to bring your own dress? I was looking at the prices and was wondering how the pricing works. Any suggestions?

Going on a Grand Gathering with my DH and 3 DD and my DH family (total of 14) in mid October. My DH and DD's and I went in October a few years ago and it was a nice time to go. The crowds were not too too bad.

I have gone during Spring break and will never do that again!! Crowds and when the MK closes by 11 due to max capacity it is too too crazy.

To answer your question if it is cheaper to bring your own dress yes if the dress you bring is less than 65 dollars is about the going rate at disney for a princess dress. If you plan on buying a dress while there than its comes out the same no matter where on property you buy the dress its just easier to get it all at one place.

I would also like to say that the dress posted on the first page is what was available in feb when I was there they are currently in the process and bringing out new styles for the princesses.\

Three people I know all told me I shouldn't miss doing this with my 5 year old! My question: is the "castle" package with the dress - worth it? Are the dresses pretty much the same things I could get other places for less $$? I am debating doing the castle package as I don't know if we'll get back to WDW before another 5 years go by, but with the economy and all, things are a bit tight.......

The dresses at the BBB are more fancy than they ones you can buy at your local stores for less. I still suggest bringing your own.
