Best way to have champagne & balloons delivered?

We are celebrating our daughters birthday and I'd like to have champagne & balloons in our room when we arrive. Half of our party arrives earlier, but still too late to get any champagne on the onsite stores. What is the most reasonable way to have something small delivered to the hotel? Thanks!

Disney florist and someone would have to be in the room to receive champagne because they have to check your id. Even if you were able to get the champagne to the resort earlier and have it delivered to the room some one with an appropriate id would have to sign for it.

They will NOT deliver prior to checkin to have in your room when you arrive. It is not an ID issue. Rooms are not guaranteed in advance & they won't place anything in one.

Since part of your group will arrive before you and your daughter, as was posted above you might consider Disney Floral and Gifts. Take a look at their offerings. They suggest that you not try to plan for "arrival" day but to select the first full day at the resort. This makes it easier to get the items delivered to your room.

Another option is Personal Dining at your resort as they have access to your room. I have had cakes and balloons delivered to the room but again this have to be done after initial room check-in as indicated by PP above.

Um YES they will deliver the room prior to check in. It can be done. ESPECIALLY, if your main request is a ready room and you do online check in, because then you are checked in and your room 9/10 times will already be assigned and ready. Rooms are assigned usually the day before. As long as they have you blocked to an assigned room they can place whatever you want (that is not alcohol) in the room.

The FAQ on the Disney Floral & Gifts page states:

Will my gift be delivered directly to the resort room?
Individual gift items including floral: Disney Floral & Gifts delivers these items to your resort. The resort team delivers to your room between the hours of 9am to 9pm. Please note: for delivery on your arrival date, since your room is not pre-assigned, the gift will be delivered after your arrival.

In Room Celebrations: Our magical celebrations are specially prepared inside your Disney Resort room by our team. You will select the day and time when making your purchase. Since resort room assignment occurs after you arrive, the soonest we can arrange delivery and set-up of our In Room Celebrations is on the day after your arrival.

If you want to skip the balloons, you could always order sparkling wine from Garden Grocer to enjoy that night! You could get cheese & crackers or something to go with it.

I read your post meaning you arrive very late, after the store at the resort is closed?

If you order from Garden Grocer, bell services will hold it for you and then deliver it to your room after you arrive. You could put the bubbly on ice!

Nope. They won't deliver until they know for sure what room you will be in. And rooms are only pre-assigned a few days out. Your room can be changed up to and including the day you arrive.
