Looking for others opinions on the best time at MK to get your princess done. Seems like first stop in the morning would be good but with the heat and rides is it going to get messed up soon after it is done? Maybe later in the day is better? Looking for people with recommendations. Thank you

We booked for 10am, then booked a table at CRT for 1pm, then was out in time for the parade at 3pm. It was perfect, the parade characters seem to pay special attention to kids that have clearly gone to BBB. Our princess absolutely loved it.

I would check out the timings of the parade on the day you are planning to go and work around that if you think she will love the extra attention.

Thank you for the suggestion. Could be time by 10 am for a little break. Is there a parade at 3pm everyday?

I would have an idea of times you’d like but if they’re not available, take anytime you can get. Times fill quickly.

Our experience with Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is that they use so much product in the hair that it will last the day and often longer with a little touch up.

Are you planning to do something special? If so I agree with @ellataylor and try to book approx 3 hours earlier. If just having it done to enjoy, I’d book early in the day in order for your little princess to enjoy her special day the longest time possible because CMs and even guests may play into her special day!

We did a late afternoon BBB last August at MK just after our late lunch and on our way back to BLT. It worked perfectly for my granddaughter who spent the afternoon in the AC walking around the Contemporary lobby dressed as a princess.

A few days later we stayed at BWV and we went to breakfast at Ale and Compass and she insisted on wearing the gown and tiara. In the lobby she befriended a captain who gave her a captain's hat and made her an honorary captain. After breakfast we returned to BWV and spent hours at the pool, so the gown went back in the closet. The captain's hat and gown looked as good as the gown and tiara.

She wore the captains hat several more times including when we took the boats to EP or HS.

They were memorable days for her and us.

Earlier in the day means that your princess dress in the size they want will more likely be in stock.

Our first time at BBB we got a late time slot (I think it was around 3 pm) and not only were their first two choices out in their sizes, but their SECOND choices too! We're not talking weird sizes either, I think they were 7/8s at the time!

Now when we go we make SURE to book an early timeslot and schedule Cinderella's Royal Table the same day. We also bring clothes with us that they can change into if they get too hot, but they never have. They loooooove walking around in those outfits. I'm going to be so sad when my oldest ages out next year!

My wife and daughter were with my granddaughter during the BBB selection and make up. I will have to ask if there was a problem in her selection. She came out in a beautiful gown which I just assumed was her first choice.

When we went over thanksgiving we did BBB at 12:15 on Saturday. I had also made reservations for BOG at 4:15pm. The girls loved all of it. Then the next morning, I was able to get breakfast at Akershus at 9:15, so my girls were able to wear their dresses and still had most of their hair in the bun.

I did a later reservation as we did the Christmas party the night before so we let everyone sleep in and bathed the girls before they got made up.

If available, I would take the first appointment. There is nothing like being able to walk into Magic Kingdom and have Main Street to yourself. This can be dependent on Rope Drop time and the time of your appt.

If you are wanting a specific time it would be better to put this at the end of your trip. Don't forget bookings open at Midnight! Have an alternate time picked out if the one you want isn't available.
