BCV 4th floor view options

Since we have requested a smoking room I understand that to be the 4th floor.

We are going on our first trip home April 29th and am wondering what the different view options are and what they are like from the 4th floor.

We stayed at the BCV in early December and were in a studio on the 4th floor facing EPCOT. It was non-smoking. The rooms opposite us were facing the quiet pool.

we also stayed on the 4th floor and the whole floor was non smoking. The fifth floor probably has the best views of Internatinal Gateway but i don't know if it is non smoking.

Thought it was only the 4th floor that was smoking - 5th floor was non-smoking in october- Had 535 (2BR) and a great EPCOT view from a huge balcony. Hope you have a great trip

Is there such a room that has a great view of Illuminations (EPCOT) and also a view of the Boardwalk area?

It was my understanding from reading the boards that the 4th floor was smoking optional - but from the above responses it appears not to be.

Does anyone have anymore insight on this?

Just want to avoid another fiasco like we had at Poly Concierge 2 years ago where they tried to put us in a non-smoking room (smoking was requested on reservation and all correspondence) and wanted us to go ahead and smoke in a non-smoking room but stood our ground and they finally put us into another room.

Actually, less than half of the 4th floor is smoking. Yes, they are only on the 4th floor, but less than half of the 4th floor is smoking. The smoking rooms will either be a pool view, a woods/wetlands view (some rooms see Epcot) or a garden view (also an Epcot view)

4th Floor room make up is as follows:

2 Bedroom Dedicated 18 Total, 6 Smoking
2 Bedroom Lock-off 18 Total, 6 Smoking
1 Bedroom Dedicated 4 Total, 2 Smoking
Dedicated Studio 8 Total, 4 Smoking
