I was at the parks yesterday and witnessed something that I just can't get out of my head. Two baby ducklings got away from their mother in the walkway between the pond and the Tiki room dole whip bar that leads to adventureland. I was able to get one that was dodging between stroller and feet and get it back the side, but one baby duck was trampled to death. It was horrible and awful.
I wish Disney would put some camouflaged netting up around the ponds to keep the babies off the walkways. I have witnessed baby ducks often in the walkways, but this is the first time I saw one die.
I'm sure it was equally awful to the people who trampled it.
Just had to express my frustration and sadness.
Is there anyone at Disney I could contact to express my frustration that they don't do more to protect the wildlife?
