308 units at VLL including their new treehouses and A-frames. Max theoretical 399 with everything locked off.

300 cabins at CFW.

My opposition largely stems from how many cabins they made. It makes the association way too big and the room mix super messy. The maintenance fees are going to be a bit overweighted still by the cabins.

BUT, in a very consumer friendly sense the cabins provide a tether to a very generous points chart.

That does seem like a lot of cabins. But if the tower can lower the dues to somewhere around AKV levels then I could still see it being pretty popular with a lazy river/small water park like storm along bay.
