I feel like that’s a very good deal! Congrats! If it’s any consolation regarding VDH, at that price, I think with the higher dues and TOT, long term you will pay less or equal to VDH price. Given cash value of a room at GCH is a decent amount more than cash at DH, I think it’s a great deal.
