I am, but the 12 times I've tried so far resulted in a busy signal. How many tries did it take you to get through?Try calling in. I just put on my earpiece and went about things for an hour. Very easy, no crashing carts, etc.

I don't think so. Seems like the exact same thing the DVC folks went through. IT getting hammered by all of us with multiple online sessions and phone calls going at the same time.Does "Pardon the inconvenience. Annual pass sales will resume as soon as possible" mean they are sold out?
