Hey All -
I want to share my journey with my WISH friends, however I've already started
my journal on my friend and coach's site at moveitloseitmom.com. I've been following her plan for one week so far (she designs it specifically for the person after analyzing what you are currently doing and what's not working) and I've lost 2 pounds, am feeling like I have more energy and sleeping like a baby!
