How does Palio at the Swan compare to the Portobella Yacht Club for really good Italian food? Looking for something that the whole family will enjoy, including two pre-teen kids. Speaking of good Italian...has anyone tried Paesano's in the Crossroads Shopping Center near DTD? Thanks for your help!!:wave2:

I can't comment on Palio's (although I also am a fan of Portabello Yacht Club).

However, I did go to Paesano in Crossroads in Sept. 2002 and we enjoyed it. It's not much atmosphere-wise, but the food was good. I don't really think I'd make a special trip to go out there (by comparison, I'd much rather go to Portabello's), but if I was out there anyway, I'd go to Paesano.

While neither is a spaghetti and meatballs kind of place, Palio probably has more "Italian" dishes per se than Portobello. IT's also more Italian in ambiance.
