A banned person, can they buy re-sale?

Would DVC let a re-sale contract go through to someone who has been banned from Disney property? Would they catch it? Could they catch it?

One of the popular YouTuber couple who were banned last year aren’t allowed to go to the resorts (with the exception of the one(s?) they owned DVC), so my guess is Disney wouldn’t provide a estoppel, but I can see how things like this can be overlooked.

I think I remember that. Can't think of which You Tuber that was though.

If we're thinking of the same person, that person was trespassed from the entire resort, save for his home DVC resort as he technically "owned" part of it. And after lawyers reviewed everything--i.e. months later and maybe a bill was passed--I think he was trespassed from his home resort (which I think was Beach Club) as well, as he could still rent points or sell the contract.

Yes, I think this is correct. Wonder about that bill. Bet they never thought they would have to create such.

I’m usually skeptical of corporate power over reaches, but I’ve never seen a case where someone was banned or trespassed from Disney World that I didn’t think was warranted.

I think you're talking about Here with the Ears, they were banned for giving illegal tours.
I'd be amazed if they were the ones. I mean I know there were a bunch giving "tours" that aren't allowed anymore, but I don't think they were doing much wrong.

Agree but I do feel sort of bad for people that receive lifetime bans for dumb stuff they did as a teenager. That being said, Disney does allow appeals after 1 year and there are some people who have had bans lifted (AdamtheWoo is an example that comes to mind).
