Fortunately, prices aren’t as high as I feared.
You call Members Services on the 22nd March (Next Saturday) at 10am EST and book over the phone, paying the full balance immediately to secure. How do people book this?
And you don't have to use any points, correct? You call Members Services on the 22nd March (Next Saturday) at 10am EST and book over the phone, paying the full balance immediately to secure.
You can use Points or cash for itAnd you don't have to use any points, correct?
This is what I plan to do in the future, will probably miss this cruise seeing as my resale contract is taking foreverrrr to close but looking forward to 2027!We have been on 2 member cruises and we never use points we always pay cash. One year we rented half our points and used the money to pay for part of the cruise, was a better use of points rather than just use pts straight out to book
You need to be eligible for Membership Extras to book this, which currently means 150 points bought directThis is what I plan to do in the future, will probably miss this cruise seeing as my resale contract is taking foreverrrr to close but looking forward to 2027!
Definetely plan to join that club, just waiting for this sh*t to close so I can get current member pricing on Riv lolYou need to be eligible for Membership Extras to book this, which currently means 150 points bought direct
For last year’s member cruise it 98 calls over 36 minutes to get put on hold and another 1 hour and 13 minutes until I was done with my booking.Does anyone have experience on how long it takes on the phone line to book on release day? Do they all sell up quick etc? I'll be in Disneyland Paris next Saturday and concerned I'll not be able to get it sorted on the phone in time!
Yikes. For last year’s member cruise it 98 calls over 36 minutes to get put on hold and another 1 hour and 13 minutes until I was done with my booking.
If you aren’t too particular about a cabin location or category, you could try calling in a bit later after the initial morning frenzy has quieted down. Neither last year’s Dream MC out of Barcelona nor this year’s out of FL sold out on the first day of booking. Some cabin categories with just a few cabins will book up in the first few hours,Yikes.
Taking into account the +5 hours time difference in Paris (3pm), I might have to ensure I am in the Hotel, on the WiFi with multiple devices then (as call via Skype for international calls). Ugh, a little nervous now...!
A resale contract, a direct contract and a cruise in a few weeks is some going!Definetely plan to join that club, just waiting for this sh*t to close so I can get current member pricing on Riv lol
