2025 Moonlight magic

Yes, but these are straightforward queues. There is really no excuse. And if Disney doesn’t have the capability, they shouldn’t run multiple queues at once.
I'm not sure what capability you're referring to. As far as I've seen, there haven't been any IT issues with this registration. I've seen my fair share of IT issues registering for runDisney events, and today was very smooth.

Just reg. For 2, 1st mm.
Initially had the over 1hr wait. Surprised that my phone was 19min & computer was 54min. bc phone was logged in a few minutes later.🤩

Now I want to cry. We never get in for these things. Oddly, my pre-11 AM window and my 11:30 window got to the front of the line at the same time. My 11:20 window still isn't there.
So anyone saying this system works correctly... it's probably because you got lucky.

My experience with registering for HS today…

Used three devices, two computers and my iPhone. The computers were on different WiFi networks. The iPhone was on cellular but really on one of the WiFis since it’s a virtual antenna in our building.

Right at 11am, all were “more than an hour” but the status bar on one of the computers was larger. For some reason, it got smaller after 30 seconds or so. I was thinking they reset all of my devices to the same time, although that didn’t end up being the case.

The iPhone’s status bar consistently got longer while the other two stayed the same initial length.

At 11:17, the iPhone dropped to 13 minutes while the two computers dropped to 48 and 58 minutes. All of the bars were moving at this point.

I was in at 11:27 and finished before 11:30.

Interestingly, the times on the two computers jumped 10-15 minutes each while I was finalizing my reservation on the iPhone. But as soon as I was finished, I closed out those two queues so I don’t know how they would have gone after that.

I don’t know how much the multiple devices helped. I usually use two just in case I lose the signal on one of them. I happened to have two computers today so I used them both. The two different WiFi networks were just because that’s how they have to connect at my company.

I had a similar experience to this.

I had my desktop logged in ready to go before 11am, it gave me the over an hour, then at around 4-5 minutes past I thought it'd be a good idea to also log in with my phone incase I lost the page/connection etc, as was using the computer for other things, this also gave me over an hour.

At around 11.15, my phone dropped to 29 minutes and computer (that was logged in first) to 59.

I got in with the phone around 11.40 after a lot of jumping up and down the remaining time, shut the comp page down but that was still at around 30 minutes - can't remember exactly.

My hubby (IT director for a software company) tried explaining his theory to me as to why it happened the way it did, but I'm afraid it was over my head, something about the software creating more doors in when it got overloaded and these 'doors' having a shorter wait time - Baffling.

Thank you to everyone's advice. I was also in the "about an hour" camp initially and got through in about 45 minutes. I'm excited to be going to the AK event on 2-12 for my first MM!
This was similar to our experience - initially 'more than an hour', got HS after about 50 minutes.
