Advance Booking Reservations:
Now reserving bookings for December 2025! December is a VERY popular month for DVC, and it's a challenge to find an owner over the holidays to book at your 11 month window, so I offer Advance Booking Reservations -- DM me today with your requested dates/resort/room type and any backups you'd joyfully accept, and I will book for you the moment your booking window opens. I also have a limited supply of Boardwalk and Grand Floridian points at $23/pt, which I can use to create a split stay with one of the above resorts for December 2025 ONLY.
I take 10% down to hold points to book, and that is completely refunded if I don't get your reservation. With careful planning, I am able to get advance reservations 99.9% of the time, over the last 22 years of renting. I do not accept advance booking reservations for AKV Jambo Club or Value rooms due to limited inventory.
Once I have your reservation secured and you confirm in MDE/DL app, your next 40% is due and then the final 50% due 60d prior to checkin.
