200 Points available for rent at $17 per point (VDH) in Holding - Use at any DVC Resort. "In Holding" means that I can only book reservations that are within a 60day window from now. For example: If I were to book something today for you, i can book as far out as May 29, 2025. To see what's currently available at all DVC resorts, you can use this tool - https://tools.dvcvacations.com/points-calculator I don't believe it updates in real time, so if you see something available let me know and I'll double check for you.

Please tell me your desired check-in date, check-out date and what type of room you're looking for (Studio, 1bd, 2bd, etc.).

Because of the short window of time, reservations are not cancellable, and payment is due in full. PayPal, Zelle and Venmo are all acceptable (renter would be responsible for any fees assoctiated with payment).
