Life happens and we had to cancel our trip to Hilton Head so I cannot answer if our request was granted. We will be scheduling another trip later in the year. I will again ask for the room 1128 or the floor above!

I didn‘t realize you could ask for a disney discount at the SERG restaurants! Do you need to show your DVC membership card to get it or is there a SERG group card? We will be in HH in early May and will most likely go to Poseidon.
