I’m kind of in the camp of why hide her face? I’d also definitely say something to cast members if I saw this.

Based on corral placement it looks like we’re going to have a historically fast field for the 5k & 10k! I’m in Corral A for the half/full but Corral C for the 5k/10k. All I can conclude is that it’s going to be blazing fast out there tomorrow!

Well I am corral B for both and I can assure you I am not blazing fast. I’ll prepare to get run over

As despicable as she may be, if she has two of each size, then I think she may be completely within the runDisney guidelines. At least a few years ago, two items per SKU code could be purchased.

Starting to wonder if they assigned the 5k/10k dopey corrals randomly this year?

My first thought was that they might have so many people registering with that pace that they had to spread them out among multiple starting groups. What I remember from Springtime Surprise was that Group A was significantly smaller than B (where I was). I don't think they'd go completely random, they need to maintain some order with the pacing.

Agreed. Especially since @Bree, also a Dopey, put 8-10 and was given A. That's quite the disparity. May be something to look into more post-race, so all my Dopeys keep what you had registered for 5k/10k in your notes somewhere so that we can discuss at a later time. It'll be interesting to align that data with solo 5k/10k runners as well.

I had the POT. My family did not but they can keep pace 5/10k. They put them with me in A corral. Maybe they are keeping families together in these races?

Um, fellow APs, I hope you already have your park reservations made… I just went to make one for Fri with friends and found it full: no parks left at all. Ditto for Sat.

I had been trying for three days to book Epcot for Friday. All reservations for all parks from the AP bucket and resort guest bucket were full. I kept refreshing the screen while I ate lunch today and was able to get into Epcot. I cannot remember the last time we have been 100% locked out of a park day.

Keep in mind that the blackout dates for a lot of the APs ended this week. Hence, more people wanting to go to Disney who haven't been able to go for the last two weeks.

My full 10XX was indeed B. My 10k 61XXX, that I put 8-10, for is C. It was B last year with the same times. I’m seeing chatter on fb about others experiencing the same thing, so maybe they did something differently this year? Or just a lot of people in that pace

I put 4:31-5:00 since I haven't run fast enough for a POT. My best half is 2:19, so I'm hoping for a sub 5 time. My bib is 26xx.

I am in corral A for all races. Bib is 205XX.

Our VQ group was let in at 3pm. I got one of the few Dopey medal pins that were left. Two minutes later and they were gone. Dopey stuff was pretty much limited to XXL and XXXL. The blue marathon weekend jacket was nice, but also XXL only left. They had a bunch of the white jackets in all sizes but they were going fast. I ended up getting the Dopey pin, annnual passholder pin, and the AP spirit jersey. The spirit jersey was on a whim.

Now off to dinner at the GF. Good luck to all those starting their races tomorrow. Going to try to make it to the meet up at the light pole in the morning.

i wonder if she basically camped out till her friends could join her to purchase things because there is a limit of 2 SKU per person, apparently Large is one SKU and medium is a different SKU.

but at any rate i suspect she has the rundisney club but waits for accomplices to join her to check out...or she was buying via online checkout and definitely harder to be confronted about her purchases.
