Yes, your deal would absolutely work for me at a smaller contract size. We just committed $20k for GFV points in ROFR and I think my husband might leave me if put $25k on BCV or PVB before that even closes…but I am definitely eyeing both. Another 10-15% decline in prices and I’d be willing to take that chance. 🤪
Yep, I'm living in your mirrored world. Now that we have our BCV points for trips with the kids I anxiously want to get a block of VGF points but am trying to be responsible and restrain myself from buying more points now. Those will be direct since it's on our wishlist and actively being sold with incentives. Dumb FOMO and Sorcerer pass driving me on that. PVB isn't far behind on my list though to get a smaller 100 pt resale contract for its studio options.
 
A month ago I’d say maybe..but things do seem to have leveled out…so I would be surprised to see that happen with the expcetoon of a potential outlier..which seems to have happened with a few resorts..like the $68 point SSR!
I got poly for $130pp signed agreement. 200/23 200/24. Feb use year. However, there was a delay and cannot send for ROFR yet. So may not happen. At least we know people are willing to make deals like that.

Xenforo (the software these message boards use) allows any of their board’s owners to read all PMs and to assign the ability to do that to anyone they so choose. This is actually kind of important in the detection of harassment, and elimination of spam. Never assume anything on a message board is 100% private.

Unsurprising, better to just keep and rent until market hopefully changes to sellers market (could be a year or more)

I have made 2 offers in the last week where the broker said they could not get the seller to reply, and the broker pulled the listing.
 
I just received the "we are still waiting for ROFR on your contract sent on 4/11/23" message from Rose at Fidelity :crazy2: It said it has been taking 30 to 45 days to hear back so you are half way there :rolleyes1
