Disney Issues Refunds, Exchanges Following Rain-Soaked Boo Bash

Guys…..we were at The Great Boo Bash Fail of 2021. It wasn’t just thunderstorms…..something else was amiss. We arrived and it was storming so of course inside rides are closed went to pirates that was broken went to trick or treat bot stations empty kept sending us to other stations tried to go to Space from candiless little mermaid area told cannot go because pathway flooded, went around saw food stand and waited in line and then they ran out of popcorn, unable to make more “because of lightening”…..all this in pouring rain.
EDIT: I was tired so didn’t include that after that we waited a few minutes for Peter Pan and that went down. I really hope someone posts a video of the sad rainy day cavalcade that happened.
