I'm confused...I thought Canada had socialized health care. How would full time student factor into that?This sounds very familiar.
DD is finishing her B.A. prior to commencing her B.Ed. She had all her courses lined up and... with a year to go, they changed the requirements for the B.Ed program. Now she's taking one course this term to graduate. That also means that now she's not a full time student so she doesn't have medical coverage anymore under mine and DW's health care plan until September.
If it's not "free", wouldn't it be better to take an extra class or 2 vs. not having medical coverage?
