Can you believe as of this morning I still have no status on cancellation or shipping?( three days and counting) I will call guest services this afternoon to see if they can give me any insight. I can’t believe Disney didn’t realize beforehand how popular these AK bags would be...from what I have seen in the past Anniversary bags always go quickly!

Disney shipped my other items I ordered with the AK dooney.

Well..guess what??? After three days ..I too have joined the “we have cancelled your dooney” club. Three days it took them to figure out wow we don’t have enough bags and/or maybe we should improve our computer inventory system from an abacus to a more modern way of knowing what we have in inventory!”

I am sorry, Gryhndmom. It is a sad club. Maybe we need our own Dooney design for this club. Mickey with a safari hat on-crying. And I totally agree with you, it seems they should be able to know inventory and be able to fulfill orders.

Would you like some happy news?! My Disney Dogs Ambler arrived today! I LOVE it! I am thrilled with the placement. The top two dogs I wanted on the front were Pluto and Nana. A happy third and fourth were Stitch and Bolt.

I hope so, too. They seem to have a real problem about knowing what designs are going to sell out the first day, and which ones are going to sit around for months until they have to go on clearance. They should just ask us!!

This is strange. I went on the app and noticed the satchel is "In Store Only." However, when I tapped on the photo, there was an "Add to Bag" option. I added it to my bag and received a confirmation of my order.

ETA: My credit card now has a pending charge with today's date.

Just checked my 2nd attempted order and found the same thing - cancelled.

I am so mad at myself, I really wanted the AK cross body and was very excited that when it was released I could get it on the app and I purchase it right away. Unfortunately for my wallet I decided I also wanted the large tote as well, and at that time it said in-store only. I was in WDW at the time so I went to AK and bought it, but passed on getting the cross body as I had already gotten it through the app, I am sure everyone can guess where this is going. I LOVE my large tote, it is gorgeous, but I really had my heart set on the cross-body, does anyone think they will have more later, or do we think that once they sell out of the limited stock that it is over?

If I had known this was going to happen I would have bought my purse while there and taken orders for the other ladies of the DIS as well!!!!

I think they fulfill orders out of a warehouse in Memphis. So it's different stock.
