We plan on doing more snacking instead of big meals and checking out the lounges. We have dinner planned on our anniversary day at 'Ohana, my husbands pick but the rest of the meals are up for grabs. I plan on going to Martha's Vineyard, Crews Cup, Tune In Lounge, and Territory Lounge. Does anyone have an opinion on the best appetizer or specialty cocktail to get at these lounges?

What is your favorite snack or adult beverage to get at the World Showcase? I know I am getting a grey goose slushie in my refillable mug:)

Thanks for your help.

My favorite appetizer at the Crews Cup Lounge is the clam chowder. I really like their version of it. Their Angus burger is really good, too, if you happen to be a little hungrier than you planned to be. ;) So is are the braised short ribs. Rumor has it that the truffle fries are good here.

Territory Lounge - My favorite is the edamame. We've had the truffle fries here and they are very good. The cheese fondue is good. The buffalo nachos are good, too. And if you are in the mood for something sweet, the Artist Point cobbler is really good. It is made with homemade black raspberry ice cream. They will serve you items off the Artist Point menu if you ask them for it.

Martha's Vineyard - I liked the Mai Tai they made there better than the Mai Tai at Territory Lounge, but that is probably a bartender thing. ;)

This trip I am tempted to try the specialty drink called the Category 5 at Hurricane Hannah's.

I have both the cheese fondue and cobbler on my list. I wasn't sure what to get at Crews Cup but I think my husband would like the clam chowder.

Have you had the chorizo dip and chips at Martha's Vineyard? I am interested in trying it. I guess I'll have to put a Mai Tai on my list. Thanks for the suggestions.

Room 5706 BC CL standard view from December 2014. Trees in the foreground, directly below roofing, looking to the right BC entrance. We actually found the view to be just fine and we were so happy to be staying CL and experiencing the new lounge.

Bonus....MK fireworks in the distance visible and could hear music from Illuminations!

Hellooo all my YC/BC friends :) I posted in the Club Level thread but figured somebody here might be able to help me out as well. We originally booked our stay for later this month using Orbitz for a GV room. I've been furiously stalking the Disney website for an AP discount for BC club level and yesterday was able to snag one, yay! I'm just a little worried about it being SV. I've read about some pretty bad (dumpster or all roof) SV rooms and was just wondering what people's experiences have been with the SV CL rooms. Is there anything I should request to get a better view? I did take a look at some of the room view photos on this thread, and they aren't so bad.. I have just heard some horror stories, so curious if there are specific rooms to avoid. Thanks guys! :)

I've been following this thread for months and from what I've read the only club level rooms with dumpster views are over at the Yacht Club. Most views on the club level at BC aren't to bad in the SV rooms. Many have a view of Spaceship Earth. We are staying BC CL in a SV room in June. We aren't too worried about our view...we requested a balcony and a daybed. If we get that plus an nice Epcot view we'll be thrilled!

Anyone aware of an impact on 5/18-5/27? We have our honeymoon booked for that time and I have not received any letter about refurb activity.

We are going the week before you and just received our letters this week.

Looking for a few suggestions from all you friendly people. My husband and I are going to be at the BC celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary from August 29th through September 2nd. This time the kids and grandkids will only be with us on the 29th and part of the 30th, so the rest of the time we will be by ourselves.

If you want to do something different and you are at Animal Kingdom Park, you can take the bus over to Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House and eat either at the bar or at the "cooking place" (sort of like a counter next to the pizza ovens) at Jiko. Or you can take the bus over to Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village and eat at the bar at Sanaa. We ate at the cooking place at Jiko and at the bar at Sanaa last month and enjoyed both. Of course you would want to check out the menus first.

That lemon drop sounds really good. Our reservation at 'Ohana is at 6pm. Wishes is at 10pm. We should have plenty of time to make it over there if we can still waddle after that meal. lol

Sounds like a perfect night! Don't forget to ask for the sugared rim or they might skip it. And after eating the pineapple bread pudding with vanilla ice cream, smothered with that rich bananas foster sauce, you may actually be waddling:) I love that stuff! Good thing the monorail is nearby.

We love Sanaa but haven't tried the bar. Can you get the bread service at the bar? Will have to investigate Jiko thanks for the tip.

That's my favorite Disney dessert and I will be sure to ask for a sugared rim.

Love that picture!! You just made me laugh so hard...and now I want to go to 'Ohana! That dessert is so good that I told my husband it is almost worth flying down there just to have that! But I guess I can wait until June 1st:)

In case you don't know you can get the bread pudding at Tambu lounge now! That was my plan until my husband wanted to eat at 'Ohana. Oh well I'm not complaining. At least you only have to wait until June, I have to wait until September!

We live in Ohio and DH has said before he would fly to WDW just to eat at 'Ohana! I'm literally drooling now......

Does anyone know if the candy scramble is still on Sunday at 9 am as in years past? Thanks!

I did not know that! I may have to have that bread pudding more than once! Is Tambu lounge at AKL?? I guess I'm going to have to use that Running at Epcot map while I'm there so I can burn off all those extra calories!

We are currently at BC for our 7th and final night. We are staying CL -- love the new lounge and refurbed rooms! I will post pictures of our room when I get back home. our daybed has been wonderful but we truly missed having a balcony. Pool has been great -- always chairs available when we are there. Bus service is spotty no matter where you stay, but this trip has been pretty bad unfortunately. We have had to both wait forever and also stand every time. Easter week is usually busy, but with breaks now scattered all over March and April, we've found actual easter week to be not as crowded as in the past. Room pictures will be coming in a few days!

"Ferrentinos, ]Woohoo! Just changed our discount from the summer one to the AP one and are saving $1300 on our trip! The AP pass one gave us an extra $300 on BC CL GV! :-) So happy!

Thank you so much for posting this! I've been watching for the AP discount and missed it today. Just saved another $200+ on our stay this summer. Love to save money (especially when we're spending so much!)

No it's at the poly, it's the bar at 'Ohana

Just wanted to say thank you to Dee and everyone for all of the helpful info on this board! In 12 days I will be at Beach Club Villas for my 3rd stay and have always used the Disboards as my most valuable planning resource. So I truly want to thank everyone for taking the time to share. A huge thank you to Dee for all the hard work and time to maintain this happy place!!!
