Hi kids! Some of you have inquired about an update detailing the wacky weekend we spent in Boca Raton ... I am working on that even as you read this post, but I've decided to wait and post everything all at one time. So once all the segments are completed I'll post them to the blog simultaneously and then post a message here to let anyone who's interested know that it's ready to be "enjoyed."

There will likely be five segments and I'm in the middle of the second one right now.

BLOG UPDATE:

Part I of our travels to Boca has been posted. Part II will show up later tomorrow. There are no pictures in the first post ... but we'll make up for that in later posts.

I'm working on part III which is the airboat tour in the Everglades and Part IV which is our Intercoastal Waterway tour on the company yacht.

Hope to have those posted later in the week.

The Boca updates are high-larious. I love the idea of the baby army. I just hope I don't seem them next time I fly.

I have just started my first trip report, but I have to confess that it wasn't exactly a gastronomical adventure. It was very last minute and we tried to cram a lot of things in during our few days down in Orlando. There isn't even any food porn! Boy, I'm really selling this one.

We've just returned from 16 days at WDW and we had so much fantastic food that I wanted to share my thoughts with everyone!

So basically, if it's not very good - I can blame those who've gone before me!

It's Bendy Magic!!! She stores up enough food and wine to last a whole year until we beg her to return and fill us in on all the wonderful culinary goodness of WDW!!!

But then again... we let her go out for the occasional cheese seminar...

One good thing about driving to FL, you aren't at the mercy of the weather and the airlines. Yikes.

Hiya Jamie! I was excited to see the scrolling tag ... it looks like a theatre marquee!

Hope you've enjoyed the blog updates so far ... there will be a food porn component to it when I get to the big dinner on Saturday night. I totally embarrassed Jay in front of his co-workers by taking pictures of the entire five course meal!

Thanks for reading and I'm so glad you enjoyed it - I know it's an investment when you start reading my stuff (I am not known for being brief).

Slim? I think you're my new best friend. I don't really know how I manage to keep most of the weight off - probably a combination of some chronic health issues and a lot of nervous energy. Although it's true that we don't eat at home (usually) the way we do on vacation.
