Windsor Hills vs Windsor Palms?

Hi! We need a 3 bed condo and these two seem to have pretty good reviews and rates. Any help with picking which one? Where is the best place to go through to find owners and what do you need to prove that they are actually the owners and you will have a place to stay?

The pool at WH looks great, is it heated pretty warm in Jan/Feb so you can use it?

Yes, the pool at Windsor Hills is very warm even in the winter. 80F +
Both WH and WP are similar, nicer pool at WH.
