We went for breakfast (9am) last week and had the opposite experience. No antics (the ketchup bottles moved once during our entire breakfast). Not the OP either but we just ate at WCC a week ago. It was out second time this year and there were antics both times. This time we were sat in the little patio area in the back instead of the main dining room. We had napkins rained on us and our server told us to throw something at her if we needed to get her attention. She got onto us later for not throwing anything at her. One of the other tables in our area was covered in ketchup bottles. The earlier visit had the kids horsey walk and the bill came to DH complete with jail cell window. The antics are definitely back.

The food/service seemed consistent (not stellar, the only thing that was not good was the bacon - flavourless).
We go every trip, so we have probably been at least 10 times (This was our 2nd post-covid and one during covid where there were no antics). Each time varies.
That could very well be the case. Normally we have "breakfast" after noon (before they close at 2:00pm).We’ve been to all three meals several times and I have noticed that they always do fewer, if any antics, during breakfast. Our last two meals this year were during dinner. Maybe it takes the restaurant a while to wake up?
We went for lunch (2pm, last ones in the place) and they were still messing around when we were the only ones there! We loved the food too - got one breakfast skillet and one carnivore skillet. Maybe they're quieter with their antics at breakfast? We went for breakfast (9am) last week and had the opposite experience. No antics (the ketchup bottles moved once during our entire breakfast).
